Q. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product or an incorrect product? 

In such inappropriate cases which have a very less chance to happen but at Swingzy we have a replacement policy for all products. Returns and replacement of the product are only accepted for the following explanations: 

  • Deteriorated product 
  • Vague product 
  • Dead on arrival
  • Erroneous product 
  • Commodity with a manufacturing deformity

The time frame begin from the date the product was out for delivery as per logistics team till the conformation completion of delivery at given address is received from the courier partner. 

Q. What is the process of product replacement? 

You need to send us a clear image of the received product by properly quoting the reason for return which can be initiated from the “ support or need help” section of the site. 

If you are a registered user, login to your account, then move on to the my order section in my account. Choose the ‘ return this product’ option next to the product you want to return. Kindly select the ‘ reason and upload the images of the defective product received. Submit the return request. In a short span, you will receive a call or email by our customer support service to answer your request and further process initiation. 

Q. Do I get refund or money back for the defective product? 

At Swingzy, we do not follow a refund or money back policy in any case. We only allow our customers to exchange or replace the delivered product in case any of the above-mentioned reason is valid for returning the product. 

Q. Within how many days “the product retrieval” feature is accessible? 

If you have issues with any product that you received. If you wish to raise a complaint or request for exchange & return can do so within 5 days of the product being received. After that, you won’t be able to return the product.

Q. What should we would “when it shows delivered but not received?” 

In case this kind of matter arises, you can follow a few simple steps to get your ordered products. 

  • You are requested to track your order or package when it is out for delivery. You can do this by checking the link sent to you on your email or registered mobile number via text message. 
  • If you didn’t receive your product even after it shows delivered, you need to inform us immediately within 3 days. 
  • The complaint of not receiving the product must reach out to us within 3 days because as per new courier firm norms, they are not accepting any complaint after 72 hours of the marked delivery. 

If you follow these steps, we can help you to solve your problem but if you are delayed in the process, we won’t be responsible for your losses. 

Q. How long will it take to deliver the ordered product? 

At Swingzy, the “ all ready to ship ordered products or items” will be shipped within 1 or 2 days. For pre-ordered items shipping process takes approximately 7-15 working days to reach out to the customers. 

Our working days or warehouse dispatching ordered product is open from Monday to Saturday. So, once an order is shipped it may take 3 to 9 days to be successfully delivered to you based on the location. After the dispatch of the product, you will get a tracking link of the product which you check via your email id, SMS or WhatsApp on the provided mobile number. 

Q. What to do in case my “pre-order items” delivery gets delayed? 

If you are facing this issue that your pre-order product isn’t delivered to you on the given delivery date, you can opt for store credit. Also, for any sort, if shipping related queries, you can connect with us via our email id – shipping@swingzy.in 

Q. What is the shipping policies & with which shipping firm we are connected? 

Also, we will not take the liability  if your product is delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and delay caused by the courier company. Yet, we assure to keep you informed about any unexpected holdup in the delivery of the product from our end. 

For delivery of our products, we work with premium courier firms which include BlueDart, Amazon, XpressBees, Ekart, Ecom and Delhivery. 

For Metros: You need to give us 2 to 4 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch. 

For Non-Metros & Interiors: You need to allow us 4 to 9 working days for the courier to be conveyed to you post dispatch. 

Q. What to do in case my “pre-order items” delivery gets delayed? 

You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or SMS. As per the recent update in courier companies’ policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.
