Trapezium Swing – Hanging Chair for Balcony

If you want a hanging chair for balcony use that looks different from a standard round or rectangular swing, the trapezium’s angled frame is built for exactly that. Swingzy’s Trapezium Swing sub-category includes both single and double seater sizes, in black and white finishes, with an optional back cushion on the double seater. Every model here uses the same free-standing stand design as the rest of our Premium Swing collection. Below, we cover the size and colour combinations available and how to pick between them.

What the Trapezium Shape Offers

A trapezium frame – wider at the top and narrower at the base, or vice versa – gives the swing an angular look that stands apart from the round and rectangular shapes used in most of our other ranges.

⦁ Distinctive angled silhouette, different from our round and rectangle frames

⦁ Available as both a single seater and a wider double seater

⦁ Free-standing stand built for balcony and living room use

⦁ Black and white finishes to match different balcony or room colour schemes

Available Sizes and Variants

1. Trapezium Black Swing – a single-seat frame for compact balconies and corners
2. Trapezium White Swing – the single-seat frame in a brighter finish
3. Trapezium Double Seater Black Swing – a wider frame for two people
4. Trapezium Double Seater Black Swing With Back Cushion – the double seater with added lumbar support
5. Trapezium Double Seater White Swing – the double seater frame in white

Single Seater vs Double Seater Trapezium

The single-seat trapezium models suit narrower balconies or a single reading corner, while the double seater versions need more floor space but work well for a shared balcony spot or a wider living room corner. If you’re deciding between the two, measure your available space first, since the double seater is noticeably wider than the single-seat frame.

Is This Hanging Chair for Balcony Right for You?

This design suits buyers who already have round or rectangular furniture elsewhere in the home and want a distinctly different shape on the balcony specifically. The angled frame reads as a deliberate design choice rather than a mismatch when it’s the only swing-style seating in that particular space.

With single and double seater sizes, two finishes, and an optional back cushion, Swingzy’s Trapezium Swing sub-category covers most balcony seating needs without repeating the round or rectangular shapes found elsewhere in the Premium Swing collection.
